We offer new Name Brand Dell Compaq/HP and IBM server and workstation solutions customized to your needs. We utilize quality
components that you can depend on. The last thing we want to do is the same job twice. We use well-known manufacturers like Intel,
IBM, Seagate, and Crucial. These companies have quality products that rarely fail and superb support when they do.

Server Fault Tolerance

Quality components are a must but nothing is absolutely problem free. The proactive solution is to build in reasonable fail-safe solutions to
compensate for the most likely areas of failure. The servers we recommend have redundancy in the three areas most likely to fail and
create down time. These areas are namely: power, power supply and hard drives. In the event of a failure in one of these areas downtime
will be prevented until a time convenient to perform the necessary repair.

About A+ Certification

Many people don't realize the importance of having their computer repair company be A+ Certified. A+ Certification is a testing program
sponsored by CompTIA that certifies the competency of service and repair technicians in the computer industry. Anyone who wants an
internationally recognized credential as a competent computer service professional can take the A+ examination. The program is backed
by major computer hardware and software vendors, distributors, resellers and publications. Earning A+ certification means that the
individual possesses the knowledge, skills, and customer relations skills essential for a successful computer service and repair technician,
as defined by experts from companies across the industry. The test covers a broad range of computer hardware and software
technologies, but are not related to any vendor-specific products. When both the Core and the DOS/Windows portions are passed, the
candidate receives the A+ designation.
